In a vision we saw a Rushing wind blow across the earth and a misty veil disintegrate under it. As the veil disintegrated eyes of the people were opened.

We declare this day the veil disintegrating. We celebrate your moving and wind like activity.
We declare the veil completely dissolved over the hearts and minds of the precious God breathed people and nations you made.
We declare eyes open across regions and nations in Jesus name.
We declare eyes see what has been unseen, what has been hidden, but kept for now.
We declare eyes see you the hope of nations, clearly as never before.
We declare where you are Ruach of God there is freedom.
We welcome you Ruach of God. We honor you the personal presence of God, you the life filling sustaining wind of life.
