I was drinking my coffee this morning and I realized that easter is but days away. As this hit home, I was suddenly overwhelmed with God’s heart for those in the Education sector. I heard Him say..

“I want to say to those who love me and do that in education, 

I see your hearts, 

I see the loads, 

I see the tension, 

I see the wisdom needed, 

I see the insight required, 

I see the pull on your faith, 

I see the increasing complexity you navigate daily. 

I see.

I see you

I want you to know that the dawn is upon you and as you rest over this easter, you will see shifts and movements unexpected in timing but patiently worked out in all you have done this year.

These movements will bring hope, will bring satisfaction and will bring greater encouragement to you of just how much you matter and how much you have value.

I see you and I have placed a call upon your lives for the very thing you are doing right now. 

“I chose you before I formed you in the womb; I set you apart before you were born. I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5

But you ask,” I am a teacher, how am I a prophet to the nations?”

Do you not have the nations in your classrooms and lecture theatres?

You are some of the first founders in the lives of a generation, and this is what prophets establish, foundations. (Eph 2:20) You are bridges building and linking generations, worldviews and culture. You work at the junction of change.

Yours in this hour of history is one of the most critical, important roles in my Kingdom. For you bring in your countenance, your face, your voice, your spirit a different spirit – my spirit. 

I have chosen you to be the place of my dwelling. You carry me into every room and offer by your presence a different vision for humanity, a different culture from a different kingdom. You release freedom because you are there living, loving and leading another way, another option to this world.

You are what it looks like when you pray, “Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. 

Many of you are pioneers and I am now giving to you new angles, new ways, new approaches. Watch your day dreams, record the ideas that come in the night times. For my people are the head and not the tail. 

Some of you are the cusp of completely new methodology that will reform the education system. I will open doors you never thought possible. 

I am increasing my favor upon you. I bless you and I thank you.”
