“Homeland”
July 2010 – received by Kevin Johnson, USA
These ‘thin places’ where the distance between heaven & earth is so tangibly thin, begun for them what is now their pursuit, creating such spaces for the presence of God. Affectionately they call them “Tabernacle Spaces”; a reference to the Tabernacles of Moses & David that occurs in the Scriptures.
Over the years as they have lived in Germany, Australia & USA, they have witnessed the emergence of ‘Tabernacles’ in the privacy of people’s homes as well as in public places such as church buildings.
From the very beginning, they have held a somewhat detailed vision of establishing a place where the nations would come to simply be in the presence of God. This watering hole/presence place they are now contending for in Sydney from the gateway of the Blue Mountains.
In the vision of a watering hole/presence place, they have seen a property with one building centrally upon it, surrounded by nature & space. This building is the ‘tabernacle space’. It is an open, accessible space full of light, continuous worship & the beauty of His presence.
The following prophetic word was given to Mark & Helen Goatley as God called them to move from USA to Sydney Australia in 2010.
“Beloved friends, the Father says He’s giving you a homeland. When He finally brought and settled Israel into her Promised Land, so too is He wanting to bring you into His special place prepared for you, and He is going to plant you in it: yes, it is a planting of the Lord’s choosing as a home base for you, a place where He will cause you to take root in, and from this place He will continue to send you out into the nations, though now the nations will begin coming to you as also . . . like streams flowing out and in, so you and the nations will be flowing out and in, coming and going, going and coming, coming and going and going and coming.
As the water flows from the temple in Ezekiel 47:1-12, so will His River flow from this place where He is planting you: rivers that will flow out into the nations through you – rivers of His Presence for healing and life. The rivers that will flow from this homeland He is going to show you and bring you into are rivers of His Presence . . . His Life . . . His healing and reconciliation . . . and of His Love; all flowing from this homeland He is going to bestow to you here on earth for His dwelling.
Beloved He gives this to you as inheritance by way of promise according to His desire, and He will plant you here so you fully possess it: it is here He will open a highway to the nations for you to go out and them to come in; you and the nations, coming and going, going and coming, and the Glory of His Presence will spread out into all the earth from this place as rivers of living water, for He says it is a gateway through which He will pour out His Spirit and Glory upon the nations in the times ahead.
As a foreign embassy is sovereign territory of that nation though it be in a foreign land, so is this homeland inheritance fully His, given to you for His Glory, and you will possess it. You will possess it. You will possess it. For He has made you His ambassadors in the earth, and from here will He reveal Himself to many, issuing Heavenly “visas” to the nations to some while causing a change in course for others. And He gives you, beloved, a new favor and authority in a Fathering spirit for the nations and those He’s sending and bringing you to, both young and old.

Prophetic Word to Australia

“This is a season of awakening for the nation of Australia. There is a generation & a nation that still has not found what they are looking for, but God is about to open their eyes.
The eye of God is upon Australia in this hour & HE is raising up a remnant that will not tolerate or stomach religion, that is looking for true relationship with the Father.
The Holy Spirit is about to pour out an unusual anointing of grace & Australia will host one of the greatest revivals or awakenings the earth has ever seen.
There is a vibration that will be felt throughout the continent. It will not be destructive like an earthquake, but it will be the vibration of the move of the Holy Spirit.
There is a tremedous acceleration coming upon the church. What once took a decade will take a year, what once took a year will take months, what once took months will take days to complete.
There is a new visitation of expectation & God wants to heal the hope of Australia. If you want to be around what God is doing next, be around the youth & the children. Fresh faith is rising.
Australia is about to be seen as a global spiritual power, not only in the Pacific Rim but throughout the earth. This is a nation of harvest reapers.
Something special & supernatural is about to converge upon the church of Australia. It will not be contained by a denomination or particular movement, but it will be widespread & uncontrollable. This is a season of mandated miracles. What God is about to release no man can stop.”
Whirly

“I saw upon the mountains a whirly.
It sprung up from nowhere & began descending down the rugged, stony slopes to the plains & valleys.
It moved around with an intentionally.
It did not move fast
but at a deliberate pace.
It was a pure white.
Then it stopped in one place.
And many from the mountains
Who’d been taking refuge there came down. (Matt 17:1-5)
They were dressed in animal skins,
All were thin
& long haired. (Mal 3:1)
They came down & stood before the white whirly looking up at it in wonder.
A strong sense of mission upon them
& in their eyes.
As I saw their eyes
they were filled with fire
& intense love for only one thing, Jesus.
Nothing else.
Nothing else.
There was a strong sense of internship upon them.
Slowly by 1’s, 2’s & 4’s
They were very carefully assigned to places & people.
There were not many people that they were assigned to
& those with no people
Where assigned in groups of 4 to a place.
They went & simply sat in these places
& camped around fires.
And slowly various numbers of individuals & families
Came together & gathered at these fire places.
These who joined them also were slim in figure,
consumed with no other agendas or focus,
but Jesus. (Isa 40:3-5)
I saw the whirly go & rest upon each fire place
then move onto the next.
After its departure from the fireplace,
I saw the people gathered there
disperse in all directions carrying swags
& a burning torch lit from the fireplace,
tattooed upon their foreheads was the word “NEW”. (Isa 43:19, 2 Cor 5:17, 20)
They went in all directions of the compass
Consumed with one thing, JESUS.”

“I AM setting the stage for the new in these days. Even as there has been a change in weather this last two days, there is a change in spiritual atmosphere. There are new vibrations, sounds, frequencies going forth. The days prophesied of are now upon you. The new is now. There is a new need for leaders to walk those struggling with change into a new hour. This will take being bold, unmoved, time & intimacy with My heart. This will take grace. There are kids of mine struggling. Will you love them through transition? The light exposes the darkness. Your light challenges darkness. There is a stirring. Ones are needed to parent those still on milk. Will you walk closely with Me in this hour of weaning?”

“When God allows us to be hemmed in by impossibilities, He is merely setting the stage for us to experience the miraculous!
Jesus warned that the last days would be typified by wars, rumors of war, earthquakes, and famines. (Matthew 24.6 & 7). While it is hard to absolutely state we are in the “last” last days, the years of 2008 & 2009 certainly are experiencing the very things Jesus spoke of. In a parallel prophecy, Haggai predicted everything that could be shaken would be shaken! (Hag.2.6 & 7). As with Jesus’ prophesy, Haggai’s is in many way being fulfilled, as well. Everything from the global economies and politics to the weather patterns have been shaken over the last few years. Historic cold and snow in places like S. America and S. Africa, the western world economies being shaken (complete with the island nation of Iceland basically bankrupt) and as 2009 began- fierce fighting between Israel and Hamas terrorists in Gaza. As if that were not enought there is the fighting in Iraq, Afghanistan, the heightened tensions between Pakistan and India, and the genocide, which has taken, place in Darfur, and a severe cholera epidemic in Zimbabwe!
There is a very different side of the coin regarding these prophecies, however. On the one side are the disasters- natural, economic, war and the threat of war. The mitigating factor, herein, is fear. The fear factor of these disasters is exponentially multiplied far beyond the mere sum of the events. Completely contrary to naturally minded thinking regarding the state of the world, however, is what God has spoken and is speaking! Haggai encouraged us to not be afraid- due to the fact that God’s Spirit is abiding in our midst. Jesus Himself stated that when all of these things were to happen to not be afraid, nor to let our hearts grow cold- dulled through fear and unbelief.
Jesus’ words of encouragement were that in this time of great difficulty the gospel would be preached to all peoples. Haggai’s encouragement was that in the midst of the shaking, the glory of God would fill the house- both in a supernatural and natural ways. Haggai chapter 2, verses 7-8 read: “‘I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,’ declares the LORD of hosts.”
For those who truly know God, the glory of His presence far exceeds the glory of gold or any other treasure of this world. At the same time, silver and gold (money) is a vital tool given by God to facilitate the work of the Kingdom. The wise men brought gold as a gift to Jesus when He was born! I believe that Joseph and Mary saved the bulk of that gold and it financed some of the ministry Jesus and His disciples did later on. These prophecies of God’s favor and provision being with us during dark and difficult times bring me to what I believe God is saying regarding this New Year.
2008 was for many a transition year. It was a season of metaphorically crossing over “Jordans” into the “Broad Place” of His long awaited promise(s). See the article entitled “the Beauty of the Burnt Stones” 0n our website. One of the key differences between the younger generation who crossed over the Jordan compared with the previous generation who did not was faith that God would be with them to face the giants, the iron chariots, and the fierce enemies within the Promised Land. God is calling the contemporary church to not focus on the stock markets, the unemployment, the wars, and rumors of war. Rather we are to focus on the economy, provision, power, wisdom, and revelation of God’s Kingdom which knows no lack whatsoever. When one invests in the Kingdom of God, one’s stock is always at a premium.
The number “eight” Biblically speaking is symbolic of new beginnings. “Nine” is symbolic of fruitfulness and completion. The number “3” according to Bible numerology is symbolic of perfection and completeness. There is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit that comprise the trinity of God Himself. Time is comprised of the past, the present, and the future. Matter consists of mineral, vegetable, and animal. Nine is the number three squared! And speaking of fruit- there are the nine aspects of the “fruit of the Spirit” according to Galatians chapter 5, verses 22 & 23. As well, there are the nine gifts of the Spirit, which comprise the “Charisma” supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit. And speaking of the Charisma gifts these are actually comprised of three groups of gifts- the power gifts, the revelatory gifts, and the discernment gifts which when added up, again, equal three squared! For more than just a few reasons “nine” can be equivocated with great fruit, Biblically speaking!
If last year was a year for getting “out of the gate”, this year is symbolic of pioneering new Holy Spirit inspired endeavors for taking the land. Our eyes must not be focused on the impossibilities of the world and its fallen systems, but rather the eyes of our hearts must be focused on the God with whom all things are possible. This is a year to behold the Lord of the Hosts who is standing outside the contemporary Jericho’s- the seemingly impenetrable armed fortresses the enemy holds which God is calling us to bring change to. When God allows us to be hemmed in by impossibilities, He is merely setting the stage for us to experience the miraculous.
I believe God is going to be releasing supernatural Kingdom vision, strategies, wisdom, people, provision, and power for fresh initiatives in seeing lives saved, healed, and delivered from the deception and entanglements of the devil. I believe this is a year for gearing up according to the supernatural provision of heaven and then stepping out in the faith of God, which only comes about by hearing God (Romans 14.17).
One point I would like to stress is simply that we don’t need any new heroes! We simply need a bigger revelation of the majesty, power, and compassion of Christ Jesus. When it came time for the miraculous, the first generation out of Egypt all focused on Moses, the great man of God. With all the people watching he stretched forth his staff – his anointing, and the waters parted. We are now called to be an emerging “Joshua people”. When Joshua led the people and they came to the flooded Jordan rather then have them focus on the great-anointed leaders- Joshua and Caleb, God had the priests themselves step into the impossible. While keeping their eyes were focused on the Arc- His presence, they were to step into the very wet water. It was then, when the feet of the priests touched the waters, and not before, that the miraculous came into play. God wants everyday Christians to look past the impossibilities and see the potential of God, then step right into the flood of the impossible. As we do so by the leading of the Holy Spirit the miraculous will take place, but not before our feet step into the seemingly impossible.
According to Revelation 5.10 we are both a Kingdom and Priesthood to our God. We are all to be led by the Spirit into the miraculous as the mature sons of God (Romans 8.4 & 15). The time for cult of personality within the camp of God’s people is over. God is calling each of us to behold both the Lamb of God AND the Lion of the Tribe of Judah! It is only out of a bigger revelation of God that we can more fully understand in our hearts who we are called to be- the mature Christ like sons of God, led by the Spirit as our Lord Jesus was! As God said to the Hebrews who were about to cross the flood waters- keep your eyes on My presence for you will be going a way you have never gone before and I will then do wonders in our midst!
According to the Oxford American Dictionary the word “pioneer” means “a person who is among the first to explore or settle a new country or area.” Just as the Hebrews who crossed the Jordan river began to explore, conquer, and settle new lands promised them by the Lord, many Christians, churches, and leaders will, I believe explore, conquer, and settle new areas of ministry. While it is true that there is nothing new under the sun, it is also true that God has more for those who love Him than we can even imagine. I believe this will be a great year of breakthrough in new areas of ministry as well as great fruitfulness for many.
Additionally, 2009 will be a year noted for the miraculous on many fronts. It will be a year when many begin to move from glory to glory, rather than mere critical insight to critical insight. It is no longer a time to try to mimic someone else in order to generate their experiences in God. It is a time to set the eyes of our hearts on the God of our Lord Jesus and the Father of all glory, and experience first hand the hope of the calling we have in Christ, the experience of His surpassing power towards us who believe, and to have a sense of our true inheritance- His glory in our lives.
One final point: I believe there are going to emerge many Josephs and Daniels in places of great importance. Some may be in the realm of government while some may be in areas of great economic importance. They will be Spirit filled men and women of integrity who have the ears of the kings of this world. And like the Joseph and Daniel of old they will be used by God to impart wisdom from above in great times of need!

“I have had a recurring prophetic sense for the last number of months of the Body going to significant new levels of Kingdom revelation, operations, and expansion. I see many standing on the threshold of exciting new adventures of faith.
Directional ‘Suddenlies’ will Occur in Many Lives
I see winds of change blowing and drawing Believers in an upward draft to new levels of encounters in God. I see shifts and changes everywhere. Some will abruptly change their professions and directions in life. Directional ‘suddenlies’ will occur in many lives.
This is a time where many will experience an emptiness of vision and enthusiasm for where they have walked during the past number of years. Many will discover what used to bring fruitful results is now unproductive. What used to bring joy is now dull.
For some, it will look like everything that was secure is collapsing. In some ways, it will seem like the shift is taking place overnight and without previous warning. The reason for this is because the Lord is bringing His people to new levels quickly.
It is important to walk close to God at this time. We cannot lean to our own understanding, but in all our ways we need to acknowledge Him. We need to be willing to make any sacrifice and to follow Him wherever and however He leads. He is raising up a people who do not have the hooks of the world or its treasures in their hearts, but He alone is their treasure.
What I see is a major historical shift for the Church. We are now at the threshold. Some have already crossed over while others are standing and waiting for clear direction. Others will follow later. It is a new day. The winds of change are blowing. The Spirit has truly invited all Believers to the next level.
The next level will include a greater focus on Kingdom perspective and greater death to self. The invisible realm will become more visible. Kingdom ambassadorial authority in the earth through the Church will increase in operation. In addition to accelerated power displays of the works of God, the release of Kingdom authority in and through the Church will also increase.
Angelic encounters and revelatory experiences will increase. Wisdom and counsel will increase. Increase, increase, increase. The Lord says, ‘It is a time of increase, great increase.’ It is time to prepare our hearts for this new level. We must have yielded hearts…very yielded…to HIM!”
The fulness of time for a Generation

Strategic Prophetic Word for Australia – September 9, 2004.
The Lord has put the adventure spirit in the heart of Australia. Australians will mobilize for a noble cause like few other people on the earth. Much of this devotion is the Australian attraction to adventure. The Lord put this in the Australian heart for the purpose of mobilizing one of the great missionary forces in history. In the coming years, Australian missionaries will be found close to the great spiritual advances in almost every country.
This attraction to adventure, which is in the heart of Australians, will be the key factor to mobilizing and motivating the youth of Australia. As the youth in many nations will be drawn to the increasing anointing coming on worship, the arts, and the power gifts of the Spirit, Australian youth will be drawn far more to the adventure of foreign missions.
Australia will not lose its youth to missions—it will lose its youth if they are not given to missions. The churches and ministries that have the strongest missions will begin to draw the next generation and arise as the great lights in the nation. However, the youth must be trained, equipped, and engaged in the good fight. They will not settle for just being spiritual tourists. They are warriors and the ones who will take new territory for the kingdom. For all of the great cities of Australia and the nation as a whole, missions will be the key to the future. All that are given to missions will return abundantly multiplied because a generation will arise that will use the blessings for the right reasons. Seek the “great grace of God,” that which is by and through His Holy Spirit. Then seek to carry the grace of God to those in need. You will then have all of your needs met and will not be in danger.

A Time For New Songs – January 2000.
“The Lord says that a New Song is being released to His people this year. God is breathing a fresh wind of prophetic creativity on the artists and worship leaders. This wind will fill the sails of many congregations with a deeper understanding in their hearts of the goodness and the purposes of God for His people and the world at this time.
The Lord showed me a funnel of His light coming down from Heaven towards those who have been seeking His face and waiting on Him. The funnel was coming in a downward spiral. All who were underneath it and around it began to be caught up in a greater clarity of the light of His Presence. A great freedom came to many to loose themselves in the love and freedom of the Holy Spirit. But, as this funnel landed on many I could see musical notes like on a song sheet begin to blow back up the funnel towards heaven.
The Lord says the Tabernacle of David is in the process of restoration. The Holy Spirit is releasing a hunger for the wisdom of worship that David and the Levites who ministered at David’s tabernacle walked in. Many who have never had an appetite for extended periods of prayer and worship are going to begin having a burning heart for ministering to the Lord, as Mary did, with extravagant worship. They are going to learn to take the precious perfume of the passion of their hearts and waste it on Jesus’ feet. But as they do this the perfume of the sweetness of Jesus’ Presence is going to begin to fill houses of worship in a deeper way. Many congregations are going to start spending what formerly would have seemed inordinate amounts time singing, praying, dancing, and just being in His Presence.
In this fresh wind there is also going to be a great release of creativity. New songs are going to be stirred up in the hearts of artists and worship leaders. They will be prophetic in that they are going to help the Bride of Christ understand and perceive the heart, majesty, grace, and love of her lover- the King of Kings. And just as leaders need like David to pay the price of building their own alters, the Lords says those leaders need to begin to make room in the sanctuaries for the people to minister to God. A shift is coming in these months and years we are now in. Many churches are no longer going to be centered solely on attracting man and ministering to man. The Father is pursuing those who will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. He is pursuing those who desire to make a resting place, not merely a work place, for His Holy Spirit.
Just as David established a tabernacle of worship twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, so many churches are going to start establishing places continually open for prayer and meetings lasting all night celebrating God and raising up a canopy of worship for God’s Spirit to enjoy. And just as David’s tabernacle had no veil, so in these places of worship the glory of God will be greatly known.
This a time and season for the artists and worship leaders to more fully enter their priesthood. For the Lord says that if they shall be like Obed-edom, who loved God’s glory, they shall indeed not just sing the songs and play the instruments, but they shall become Gatekeepers for many to help them move past the gates of thanksgiving and the courts of praise and into the glory of His Presence. They shall, in fact, help the people build a resting place with a canopy of worship for His majesty.
It is time for the singers to sing a new song. It is time for the painters to paint with fresh colors. It is time for the dancers to dance as David did. It is time for the Levites to emerge and to offer up sacrifices of hearts burning for Him and the incense of true worship and prayer. It is time for the tent of His Glory to be reestablished.”
